Custom facebook login page theme trick for google chrome browser

You can change your facebook login page theme in Google chrome browser. This is a little old trick but i know there will be lots of new users who doesn't know about this.

As you can see you can change the login page appearance using this trick. you can use any image as the background, i know that basic blue color facebook login page looks boring. we see it each time when we try to log in. So try this, You can change your background image at anytime.

First you have to download and install this Google chrome extension called FB Refresh

After adding this extension to Chrome refresh your facebook login page.

Click on that little button to open the options screen for this extension. Go to Google and search for an image or get direct link to any image you found on internet.

There are lots of ways to do this. But most of them are very hard and you gonna need some experience for that like editing this in Photoshop or any other image editing software. Edit one wall post using Firebug or any other addons. those takes more time and you need some practice for that. But in this post im going to show you an easiest way to do it. This trick is called as "Fake facebook wall posts \ Conversations" Please use this trick only for educational purposes and testing only. Do not use to attack other people or embarrass them on public.

First go to fakeconvos.com And click on facebook login button. Don't be afraid to use Facebook login button :) because this is a trusted and old site. after clicking on login button you have to allow that app to link your facebook profile to it.

Now click on login with facebook button and allow that app to create a login for that website using your profile. After that you will be redirected to fake convos website.

But day by day people find new ways to steal other people's accounts. so you should be more careful if you post your private data in your account. some people keep their private info such as bank accounts other accounts usernames and password on notes. some people share their other online account details bank account details via chat. so when some one got access to your account they will steal all those data. so you have to be more careful if you are sending your private and important data on chat.

So how we should be careful when we browse internet? I'll give some tips how you can secure your private data on internet.

Never send your password to another person
Add Both password recovery E-mail address and your phone number
If you logged in from somewhere else, clear all browsing data after you finished browsing internet.
Enable Login Approvals for advanced security. so people can't log in to your account even they have your username and password unless they have cookie files from your computer.
Configure Advanced internet security options by reading How to increase Facebook security.
When people send you suspicious links, ask them that they really sent that message or is that an automatic message. I've survived from lots of hacking attempts by doing that.
Don't allow untrusted facebook apps.
Use https every time unless you have some trusted app to run which not supports https

Facebook Phishing is a big threat to internet users. in this post we will show you how to protect your facebook account from hackers. There are lots of ways to hack another peoples accounts. But lots of those bugs not working now. Facebook Phishing is the most popular hacking method among the newbee hackers. Actually this is very easy to do. I will teach you what is phishing, how to do it and how to protect your facebook account from phishing attacks.

Phishing is a very simple method. they use a fake site that looks like facebook or someother site. so people will enter their username and passwords when they see those fake sites. After that those usernames and passwords will automatically send to the hacker by that program. that is the basics of facebook phishing. so how to protect your Facebook account? Always check web browser Address bar before you enter your username and password. it should be something starts like

For an example i'll post some sample links like that. i don't know these links are actually exists or they are used to phishing. these are some imaginary links to show you a sample. Most of the phishing links will look like this

https://www.faceboook.com ( additional letter "O" )
https://www.faceboook.domain.com ( it is a subdomain. that does not belongs to FB )
https://www.faccboook.com ( letter e is replaced by c )

Those are some imaginary samples only. Most of the hackers use subdomains or free domains like .tk .cc some people use URL shortners. No web site or facebook app needs your password. if they ask for them that means they are fake and most of the times they might be hackers. so never give your passowords to third party websites and applications.

Facebook staff works hard to block those sites and free host providers to stop spreading those links. Because of that their is no hude risk now. but you have to be careful when you browse internet. hackers have lots of scripts to generate fake phishing sites. You must be careful when you are login to your accounts by clicking a link on some other place. Always check Address bar. Actually Facebook Phishing is not too much threatening now because of the new Mobile Approval method. it is called Facebook login Approvals. How to Protect Facebook account from Hackers

This post is about protecting your facebook account from other people. lots of people share there private information and photos on facebook so they must protect their accounts. some people send their bank account numbers credit card numbers on chat so if they loose their account some other person can use their accounts and private information. in this post i will give you some advices to protect your Facebook account. First of all lets see how we can loose our accounts or how other people steal our user names and passwords.

If you are using facebook or another site on a internet cafe or someother place try to use on screen keyboard tool in windows. don't let your web browser save your password. After you have finished browsing internet clear your browser history and cookies. remove any saved passwords. always use fre computers or devices to use facebook and name them. so you can see if someone else has logged in from another computer. lets see how to name computers and other devices.

Step 1 : Go to account settings page on your timeline or profile

Step 2 : Click on the Security panel on the left side bar

Step 3 : Enable Secure browsing. that means when you login to facebook, your browser will use https protocol. so they will block untrusted apps in facebook. But if you have to use some apps you trust which doesn't have SSL certificate, you will have to keep this disabled

Step 4 : Login Notifications is another great feature added to facebook. When some one or you login to your account from a new device you will get an E-mail or sms alert. so you will know when some one else logged in to your account. when you login to your account from a computer facebook will store a cookie to track your details. so next time you login with same pc that cookie will tell facebook that you have been logged in to this account using same pc. if there is not any cookie installed you will get an Email or sms saying that somebody just logged in. When you use facebook on other place like friend's home or internet cafe don't forget to clear browser cookies and history after you logout. so even somebody hacked your passowrds using a keylogger you will get notified when he login so you can change your password immediately. if you have Facebook login approvals enabled you will get the code to access that new pc. so that hacker cant use your account till they find that unique code.

Step 5 : These are the places you have used to log in to your account. there will be your computer and other devices you are using. if there is other places listed, you can remove them. best thing is remove all and logout. clear cookies. when you login again they will ask a name for this computer. enter some name like "myhomepc" so after that when you see something else on this list just remove them. so those computers will need login approvals again.

Step 6 : If you thing you have been hacked or you just received an E-mail or sms saying somebody else has logged in to your account you can see from where he use your account. so you can guess the person. change passwords and remove all recognized devices is the best security option you can have.
